The current version of Storage Manager is version 24.4. All Storage Manager components have been updated to support OpenText Open Enterprise Server (OES) version 24.4.

Storage Manager introduces management and structure to an unmanaged and unstructured OES network storage system. In the process, it automates the full lifecycle management of user and group storage. Leveraging eDirectory, Storage Manager automates or enables you to enact a comprehensive set of storage management tasks based on events, identity, and policies.

OpenText File Management Suite

File Management Suite is a solution for securing and optimizing your Open Enterprise Server (OES) network file system through the combined offering of a detailed file reporting and analysis product in OpenText File Reporter for OES and a management system in OpenText Storage Manager that takes action on your OES network file system based on policies that you establish.

All purchased software and entitled software updates are available for download through the OpenText Software Licenses and Downloads (SLD) site.

Activating Your License

Click this link to activate your license. You will be asked to provide registration information, your organization's Active Directory forest root name, and your activation code.

Obtaining Trial Software

You can try out a full-featured, 60-day version of OpenText Storage Manager. If you like the product, you can replace the evaluation license with a production license and save all your policies.

Renewing Your License

Storage Manager subscription licenses must be renewed once the license timespan has expired. To renew your license, visit the OpenText Online Renewal Center.

Note: Storage Manager is licensed by user. A user is considered any user with a home folder or group folder being managed by OpenText Storage Manager.
